How do I place an order?
Add the products and quantities you need to your cart. Enter your contact details, select the Pakistan or China office, and continue to WhatsApp. Review the prepared message and press Send in WhatsApp. AM2 will discuss the quotation and final order with you.
Why are prices shown on request?
Pricing, availability and delivery are confirmed by AM2 for your selected products and quantities. The website prepares an enquiry; it does not take payment or confirm a purchase.
What is the difference between W and Wh?
Watts (W) describe power output or consumption. Watt-hours (Wh) describe stored energy. For example, the TS1000 has a rated 300 W AC output, while its brochure lists 896 Wh and 1004 Wh battery options. The model name does not indicate a 1,000 W output.
Will an AM2 battery work with my inverter?
Compatibility depends on the exact inverter model, voltage, charge settings and, where applicable, communication protocol. Share those details with AM2 before buying. A brand name alone is not enough to confirm compatibility.
Can I connect batteries in series or parallel?
Only use a connection arrangement approved for the specific battery and system. The rack brochure lists up to 15 parallel modules. Ask AM2 to confirm module matching, protection and installation requirements for your configuration.
What warranty is included?
Warranty terms are confirmed in writing with your quotation. A stated design life or cycle-life rating is not the same as a warranty period. The floor-standing brochure includes a seven-year warranty claim; ask AM2 for the applicable terms.
Is the floor-standing battery 15 kWh?
The supplied brochure contains conflicting figures: 15 kWh, 13.5 kWh, and 48 V × 280 Ah, which calculates to 13.44 kWh. The website identifies it by its floor-standing format and listed 280 Ah capacity until AM2 confirms the final nominal and usable energy.
Can a battery provide AC power on its own?
A standalone battery stores DC energy and needs appropriate compatible equipment to supply AC loads. The TS1000 is a portable power station with integrated AC output. Check each product page for its role in a system.
