When you prepare a product enquiry, this website records your name, phone number, city, selected products and quantities, chosen office, and any notes you enter. AM2 uses this information to handle your product enquiry and discuss a quotation.
Your cart and session
An essential session cookie keeps your cart available during your browsing session and helps protect forms against unauthorized submissions. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Continuing to WhatsApp
When you continue from the cart, the enquiry is saved in AM2’s database and your browser opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. The link includes the information you entered. You choose whether to send the message. WhatsApp is a separate service with its own privacy terms.
Using the chat assistant
Product-guide mode answers on this website without an external AI service. If Gemini AI is connected, you choose AI chat before your messages and limited recent conversation context are sent to Google. Google may use free-tier conversations to improve its services; avoid personal or sensitive information. Chat text is held in this page while it is open, is not saved as an AM2 enquiry, and is cleared by New chat or reloading. Temporary hashed network identifiers and request counters help limit abuse. Choosing a WhatsApp office prepares your latest question for you to review and send yourself.
Storage and access
Enquiry records are stored on the website’s server for AM2 to handle product discussions. Records are not published on the website. Do not include payment-card information, passwords or other sensitive information in your enquiry. Contact AM2 to ask about access, correction or deletion of an enquiry record.
